Epiq is a worldwide provider of legal services, serving law firms, corporations, financial institutions and government agencies. As a Project Coordinator, I worked with my Project Manager, a licensed attorney, in ensuring project requirements were continually met for cases assigned to me.

General Responsibilities:

• Facilitated the scheduling of meetings with the client, class counsel, and other operational departments.
• Assisted in calendaring case deadlines and milestones per the specifications of the parties, the court, and internaloperational departments.
• Drafted affidavits and declarations for court filing.
• Drafted claimant letters, telephone scripts and website text to the specification of the client and legal language required by the court ordered Settlement Agreement.
• Assisted in the development of business rules for claims processing and payments.
• Researched claim inquiries as needed for class members, counsel for the parties and Epiq management.
• Monitored internal processes generally, to assure work of the highest quality.

Daverci LLC provides software and enterprise solutions for pharmacies and long-term care providers of all types, through its mobile apps and cloud computing technologies specifically designed to keep pace with today’s mobile workforce. 

Working with a small team of Product Support Specialists, I helped in leading Daverci's key customer success initiatives during it's early start up phase.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising the Product Support Team with call coaching, feedback, and ongoing training. 
* Providing our users in the field with on-the spot product training. 
* Working closely with the QA and Engineering Teams during testing phases to provide real-time feedback on user experience.
* Traveling to assist in new customer roll outs and on-boarding, where I assisted in equipment installs, training, and testing to bring new sites live.

As a Tier 3 Product Support Representative, I acted as a liaison between our users, Engineering team, and Product Management teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues on the platform. 

Key Responsibilities:
* Provided advanced troubleshooting and product training via phone and email to Yahoo! Finance users, who were often advanced users working in the financial securities industry.
* Provided real time feedback on user experience to the Engineering and Product Support Teams by participating in conference calls and meetings. 
* Assisted in support and product training for our Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff, located in India.
