I oversee a dorm floor of 18 sophomore and junior boys, providing 24 hour support and make sure that they are meeting their goals and expectations. Also, planning events on the dorm floor, and fostering relationships with each student. Making sure each students personal, educational, and social needs are met. Work in a live-in capacity providing support at a co-ed residential boarding school for students with learning disabilities.Maintain ongoing interaction with the parents of students, both over the phone and in person to discuss students' development and behavioral issues. Write term reports nine times, yearly, for each student  In addition to my job responsibilities in the residence hall, I also coach the Cross Country teams, and the Girls Varsity Basketball team.

Three weeks into Apollo.io, and I’m already convinced I made the right call.

Joining as a GTME has been a crash course in how strong alignment between AI, product, GTM, and people actually looks in practice. The pace is fast, the bar is high, and the expectation is clear: learn quickly, think deeply, and execute with intent.
