Stop glorifying commission-only pay. Itโs just risk-transfer wrapped in a hoodie. Letโs call it what it is: - Founders playing it safe. - Companies dodging risk. - Reps taking all the hits. High growth โ pay mortgages. Equity potential โ cover groceries. It's not hustle culture. Itโs empty promises. If you really believe in your team? โ Pay them well. โ Train them up. โ Support them. You should NEVER hire SDRs. They will burn through your cash.
