My AE, Mike Davis, was working with a Fortune 500 customer who thought that  lack of budget/pricing objections was hurting their ASP.  

Their journey to test the hypothesis, create tracking, surface alerts, and create enablement material looked like this: 

1) They thought lack of budget/pricing objections hurt their ASP
2) They used Gong Theme Spotter to show them it actually doesnt (myth busted)...ie when that objection shows up, it does not have a material impact on ASP
3) The magic though was that Gong Theme Spotter also ID'ed the objection that actually was hitting ASP which was "this event isn't relevant for my business"...when that happened they have a big drop off in ASP
4) Now they set up a smart tracker to look for this new objection they weren't even following
5) That can now tie into deal boards to understand what deals have that exact risk and to be able to immediately coach and course correct 
6) They can also use Gong AI Builder to bucket closed-won opportunities where that objection was present that sold ABOVE ASP and have Gong AI  Builder put together the objection handling playbook to raise the ASP

“95% of generative AI pilots are failing”
