SAMs are a hybrid sales/account management/customer success role chartered with growing user engagement, adoption, and retention across Amazon Business' Fortune 1000 customers across Manufacturing, Construction, Tech, FinTech, Banking, and Automotive industries. Amazon Business (AB), it is Amazon's B2B arm of the organization that helps companies buy the things they need for work through the convenient Amazon buying experience.
