Do you put your work 1st, or your family? I'm tired. 😴 How are you feeling? When do we get moments to relax, to take a break and not think about the work we have waiting for us. Even when you are working on your passion, and it brings you joy, it's still work, and sometimes you can become overwhelmed by the responsibilities. What happens when you have a lot to do, but you're needed more at home? Remember, after you already remembered to put your family 1st, that it's okay. Elon Musk is famously known to ‘work’ 100-hour workweeks — but is Elon working or having fun? To me, Elon is having fun. A workday in Elon’s life is not for him what we commonly think of as the heavy burden of work. Here’s why: Elon is on a mission to accomplish something that means a lot to him In Elon’s mind, he’s serving humanity. Tesla's mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. The mission of SpaceX is to make humans an interplanetary species. Yes, Elon is investing an insane number of hours at work, but this is the lifestyle he’s chosen, and he’s living his life to the fullest. Each one of us has a different definition of “success.” For some, success means financial abundance, for others, freedom of time, love, peace or serving others. Each of us can define success differently based on what we value. To me, my work is a mirror of a meaningful, purpose-driven lifestyle, I don’t necessarily measure it with financial results. The reality is that to be remarkable at anything in life, we must commit thousands of hours of our lives to it. The result of this lifestyle is what we know as “success. ” So yes, do invest those 15+ hours per day — but don’t work. Make these hours part of your lifestyle and success will come. #entrepreneur

3 things I actively worked on last year: 1. Resilience - Improving my level of resiliency to prepare for the high's and low's of sales 2. Patience - Being impatient with my actions and more patient with the results 3. EQ - work on emotional intelligence to better understand people, behaviours and motivations. The best sales advice starts with better understanding of the buyer and their journey. And 3 things I'm actively working on now: - Commit to a cadence of learning and training. Today was my last working day at SQA Consulting SEE previously ABC TECH Group I wouldn't believe that it would be so hard to say goodbye to such a great team in there, but everything has an end and as well my journey got an end so I am thankful to the CEO of the company Matija Pavelic and my mentors Hrvoje Roncevic, Zana Budima and Raif Bajric. I’ve grown as a professional thanks to your tutelage, for which I’m very grateful. I’ve also appreciated knowing you on a personal level, and I would like to be thankful to my teammate Dardan Baliu whom instead of being a good colleague we ended up being great friends :). My plans are to develop professionally and you should know that all of you played a role in getting me there. Thank you for everything.

Everyone's work styles are different. Some people enjoy working remotely while others like to connect with people in the office.

Satisfying work is about enjoying the process, not just the product. Don't become a writer to have your name on a book. Don't become a writer because you like reading. Become a writer if you like writing. Pride in the result is not a substitute for joy in creating it.
