@thestephaniesaundersI just purchased my first NFT I know - non-Fungible token, sounds like some form of mushroom 🍄 So what is the point of this and why is it shaking up the world? Well maybe Gary Vaynerchuk has some insights for us - since he is about to drop his first NFT collection. An NFT— is a digital token tied to assets that can be bought, sold and traded... ...which are enabling artists to profit from their work more than the traditional way we are used to. The best way to explain what you are buying, when you buy art work in this way is as a computer file combined with proof of ownership and authenticity, like a deed. Similar to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, they exist on a blockchain. Collectors and speculators have spent $200 million on an array of NFT-based artwork, memes and GIFs in - the past month alone! There is also a new display option with monitors so you can buy NFT art and digitally display it in your home. As we move into virtual reality how will art keep its significance? This seems to be how. What are your thoughts on buying digital art? Do you feel NFT will be the next change we see? Check the link in the comments👇👇👇

@oli-hammond-2365onhWho in the UK is building an awesome platform re. investing in alternate assets? And by 'alternate assets' I don't mean crypto, but things like premium cars, rare collectibles and maybe branching out into NFT (assuming they could get me to understand it!). Seems like there could be loads of challenges in this space, but potential high reward as well.
ETH 2.0 will completely revolutionize NFTs. Right now, so many are priced out and can't justify spending $100 just to push a transaction through. Low priced NFTs cannot gain traction/volume on Ethereum right now for this reason... soon it will be fixed.

@josh-bobrowskyWant to know what is funny about crypto and NFTs? The industry only cares about how good you are at your job. Very rarely is a degree required, or x number of years experience at some big company. It also tends to attract some of the smartest and most innovative creators. The flip side is you have to show up and be really good at what you do.

Great Branding excites a Culture! Great NFTs excite Cultures too 8 things I notice about the NFT culture 👇 1. Like all cultures they are loyal to a set of values. 2. A degen or degenerative is someone who takes massive amounts of risk (by following their gut instincts) and is also seen as a free person. You have to take risks in life to get to where you want to be. 3. It’s really not about the money. Sure there is lots of money and everyone will get theirs but the money is a side effect of helping as many people as possible. 4. Some but not all want to create something that will move your soul. 5. All believe that there is a better way for society to organize itself and that any result is possible. 6. They overstand how people think and they get how to create value. 7. At the same time they don’t really care what you think. They know that their own intuition is what matters to them. 8. They understand there is power in numbers and that their counter-culture is big enough to move mountains. Conclusion - Will big brands like PepsiCo and Charmin toilet paper or even Hollywood be successful with NFTs in the long run? Only if they want to excite the NFT community. Brands need to ignite something in our souls and stand for something that “matters” such as the #community. Let me know what you think? I’m sure there is more to add. Appreciatively, Neil #branding #people #culture
Ashley France, J.D.
@ashleyfranceThe key to winning in Web3 is creating with the COMMUNITY in mind! That’s exactly what Coinbase and Mastercard are doing Not only are they making the payment process 1000x easier for NFT consumers ( there has been many complaints about issues with pairing wallets to certain NFT platforms ) BUT they are creating a bridge for those not familiar with the Web3 space by integrating something they are already familiar with Companies that take the time to educate and onboard more people into Web3 AND find ways to make the purchase experience easier on the current consumers are the ones positioning themselves up for the most success in Web3 Hopefully other big brands are taking note an incorporating these tactics into their further plans #community #nft #crypto #cryptocurrency #nftnews #blockchain
Sumeru 'Sumo' Chatterjee 🤞🏽
@sumoINSTAGRAM vs LINKEDIN 👇🏽 When I post on Instagram, I get DMs: “Join my crypto NFT kitty discord” “sponsored post $40 opportunity” “Follow my fitness page” When I post on Facebook, I get DMs: “When are you getting married?” “our Goa trip was 12 years ago?!” “I’m your mom’s cousins neighbor - remember me?” When I post on LinkedIn, I get DMs: $500/hr consulting calls $150k/yr job opportunities Intro to founders, VCs and mentors And the occasional “let’s connect - want a demo for my product / service?” —- I deleted the apps that don’t work for me. And focus on the ones that do 🤞🏽
Who’s an NFT artist that needs more recognition in the space? There’s too much unseen talent out there! 🌟

@julienklepatchThe NFT industry is blowing up ... ...And there is a huge opportunity for developers who specialize in this niche But NFTs are built on top of a huge tech stack, and it can be intimidating for beginners. Where to get started, and what do you need to learn to become an NFT developer? That’s what we will see in this video. #crypto #blockchain #ethereum #bitcoin #nft
Shoutout to all of the doxxed founders that are trying to actually build in the NFT space
Justin Oberman
@justinobermanWhat if advertising agencies or creatives had to sign every ad they made? Wfat if every digital ad was minted with the agency who made it, like an #NFT? But just the blockchain part. What if every client approval or denial got recorded in the blockchain? What would the effect be on the industry? What would the effect be on the advertising being put out in the world? How would that effect client relationships? Would you be proud to sign most of the work you’ve done? 🧐 to share #obercreative #advertising #creative #marketing

@dharmesh#idea for Design Schools: Offer a course named: "Master 24x24px Graphic Design To Make Millions With NFTs" I think it would sell out.
Whether she likes it or not by the end of this gathering my moms gonna understand what an NFT is
NFTs are cool, but there’s still nothing more internet baller than buying a one word domain.
