The two things that consistently get me up in the morning to do one of the most difficult things in my life . . . work out. 1. I made a deal not to negotiate with myself. 💥. I get up at 4:30a and I don’t ask myself questions anymore. I simply don’t communicate with myself. (Because of course there are lots of reasons NOT to do what I’m about to do.) ✅ I just get up. 2. The workout must be a no brainer, run by a group coach, trainer or simple instructions on your phone. If you have to make it up, you will make up reasons not to do it. ✅ I just show up. I can humbly say I just finished my 200th class at Orangetheory Fitness . 💪 This is the first time I’ve been so consistent in my life. 🏃‍♂️ It’s working. 💥 🔥🔥 #brand30 #workout #consistency #orangetheory #fitness 11/30

How social media can impact your health & fitness? Motivation After a long, hard day at work, it can be difficult to drag yourself for a workout. But, when you’re scrolling through your feed & see friends & family exercising ‘no matter what' & are excited about their results, it has a great impact on your motivation. Demotivation Some of us just weren’t built to have six-pack abs. Whether it’s our physical stature, lack of time to achieve it, or love of doughnuts. So, sometimes, when we know we can’t do something, it can prevent us from trying. Accessibility If you’re looking for a workout or exercise inspiration, you can find it on nearly every social media platform. Information Spread Unsafe detoxes, workouts & bizarre diets can quickly spread on social media. They can poorly influence those just looking to live a healthier lifestyle. Support Groups Establishing a workout & diet regimen after years of living a sedentary lifestyle is intimidating, scary & lonely. Letting others know that we’re on a journey can garner support & turn into a motivating factor that leads to success. We at afo, are carefully picking the useful aspects of social media & stitching together a platform that can help us live a healthy lifestyle. Jatin Bhoj Ritwik Jain #startups #health #motivation

You can not become the best version of yourself unless you focus on your fitness, skills, and have a purpose in life.

Most people ask if our coaches come from fitness background. Like me, 90% of them had no fitness industry background. Some of them worked for MNCs, some were lawyers, some were running their own companies and some were/are doctors. The only thing common between us all was that we all loved being fit. And today all of us live and breathe fitness as it’s also our job.

Average Fittr coach takeaway for the month of July was 108,000+ INR across 220 coaches. Our last high was in the month of Jan which was 99k INR. I can't convince you to join fitness industry, but maybe the numbers can :D

I eat a very "clean" & healthy diet But I'll also eat froyo, drink margaritas, and have a burger idgaf if it takes me a little longer to reach my goals, I'm enjoying my life Health & fitness should integrated into your lifestyle, not a punishment you have to abide by

Siddharth Shukla died of a heart attack at 40. He was a popular lead actor, so I assume he had a fitness regime prescribed by the best experts. In other words, he was fitter than most of us. Be careful. Get your checkups done. Do not take your health for granted. End of gyan.

💥 Are you looking to lose 𝟗 𝐊𝐠 in the next 3 months?   Weight is a crude measure as it doesn’t account for body composition in terms of muscle and fat. That said, it is relatable and often it’s something tangible on a fitness journey. However, the weight we are referring to is fat while also gaining muscle mass!   Take part in this poll!    And let me know your thoughts in the comments!

You can’t train like a guy on steroids can. You can’t recover like a guy on steroids can. You can’t eat like a guy on steroids can. You can’t build muscle like a guy on steroids can. So why follow a guy on steroids for fitness advice?
