So I am getting help from YouTube about my channel. I know that the videos are private but idk for how long. I may have a chance of recovering my channel but they have completely locked me out of my Gmail account. Google has been no help in recovering my account.

🚨 BREAKING: OpenAI announces “Plugins” - the App Store for ChatGPT. ChatGPT already has 100+ million users. Now, third-party companies and developers can build apps that live within the ChatGPT interface. Here’s a few incredible Plugins that are already being built: • Expedia: Ask AI to plan and book a vacation • Instacart: Ask AI to order and deliver groceries • OpenTable: Ask AI to find and book a restaurant table • Klarna: Ask AI to recommend and purchase retail goods • Zapier: Ask AI to search, trigger, flag etc. in Gmail, Slack, Hubspot and other tools. ChatGPT was always powerful, but it could only ever ‘chat’. With Plugins, ChatGPT can ‘do’. ChatGPT just went from "here's a demo of what you could build with our APIs" to "this is the next-generation App Store / interaction layer for every other software product". — PS. What I have learnt after generating +230k views for my 1st year of regular content creation on LinkedIn? 10 learnings 👇 (in no particular order) 1️⃣ Publish regularly content needs to have & monitor a system. From my side, it was: -> Kanbans on Notion, where I write the posts in small cards -> Shield to follow my analytics -> My Airtable creator economy database to find mapping subjects, and uncover insights -> LinkedIn saved posts features & my Gmail digital garden to find & keep in mind good post ideas ... 2️⃣ The more you post will be concise ,the more time-consuming it will be to create & publish 3️⃣ It's difficult to write a post in one time. I use to put my ideas as a draft first, and then actually "writing" the post in another moment, or another day. 4️⃣ I write most of my post in public transports, on my smartphone. Sometimes, you don't necessarily need to be at your desk to write. 5️⃣ Content creation, especially when you're in a niche, unlocks business opportunities and expands your network beyond your expectations. Thanks to content writing, I develop my personal network of founders, investors and creators; joined Alexandre, Julie on a project of Creator Economy-focused podcast, and received several opportunities to help startups on specific subjects. 6️⃣ More you write on LinkedIn, more you want to write: it's the same as going to gym. If you don't like it, just go, forget performances, and do your best. When you'll love to go to gym, then think about performances. 7️⃣ Like sports, discipline is everything to keep high performance. Sometimes, I wrote everyday, even if I don't have the mood, but writing became easier and easier and and idea generation was very fast ; then I did not write during more than a month, and I lost all my writing abilities 🤦🏿‍♂️ So, discipline and consistency are keys to creator success. 8️⃣ Focus on winning against your former self, not against others. If I check my performance, I wrote 5x more, and obtained 7x more views: very cool! However, if I compare with other LinkedIn writers: I see people making +500-700k views, and more in their first year of content writing, I will be sad or angry against myself! One factual situation, different point of views, different reactions 9️⃣ The hardest thing for me was to follow the rules of LinkedIn game (catchy and some 'clickbait' first sentences, ask people to comment for everything ...) to obtain reach and touch people that could be interested about my content. Because, I don't feel that authentic. However, LinkedIn is a field for community acquisition, where you have to follow its rules to grow your community. If you want to be fully yourself, serve your community by writing as you like in your own newsletter. 🔟 I think that the impostor syndrome never goes away. I felt that when I began ✒️ Passion & Creator in July 2021, until today: it's just a matter of living with 🤷🏿‍♂️ And you, what have you learnt after creating content? Ange 😎

Starting a business isn't difficult. I made a fully functioning business in <1 week. Here's how I did it 👇 ✔️ I made a recruiting agency, which can be done from anywhere and only requires some basic software to get started. ✔️ I created a free email on gmail. Crude, but easy and effective! ✔️ I made a logo (also for free) using google and powerpoint. Combined a cool image with my company name. Made a revision later using Fiverr for $50. Worth it. ✔️ I made a basic candidate tracker on excel. I quickly shifted to an automated tracking system, but this will get you started. ✔️ My only initial expense was paying for LinkedIn Recruiter to have better candidate searching and outreach. There is a free way around this, too, but it's not recommended. From here I could operate as a fully functioning recruiting agency. I just needed to put myself out there to create my brand and attract clients. So remember... Starting a business doesn't have to be a months- or years-long endeavor. You can get started quickly and refine everything else on the go (what veterans are great at doing). Customer's rarely care if you have a fancy logo or website (or if you even have one!). Customers want SERVICE and you can provide that immediately. Execute and iterate. Done > perfect. What else would help you start a business?

In 2015 you shared a business critical Dropbox folder with a vendor In 2017 an employee added a folder with super sensitive info In 2019 an employee (now former) shared a folder with his gmail In 2021 someone turned off requiring MFA for some reason and never turned it back on It's 2023. Time to take a look at your #dropbox (and all of your shared folder apps) settings, what content you have in there and who has access to it Regular reviews of your business critical data can help you reduce your organizational risk and save a lot of future headache. #fciso #cybersecurity #vendorriskmanagement

How to look busy in Work From Home: 1. Block 2 hours everyday on Google Calendar for 'Focus Time' 2. At the start of every meeting, announce you have a 'Hard Stop' in 30 min 3. Always keep your manager's most used Google Sheet/Doc open in another tab 4. During meetings, mute yourself with video on & act as if it's an 'Urgent Call' 5. Use 'Schedule' feature on gmail to send emails after 9 pm or 'post work hrs' #MondayMotivation #Workfromhome #humour

I once got my gmail account suspended because I went ham on outreach My team thought I was a beast The reality? I was burning through leads and hurting the email reputation of the company - which hurts deliverability You might book a few more meetings in the process but the damage done isn't worth it Adding to the top of the sales funnel is the easiest thing to do, that's why most sales reps do it My advice is to nail the fundamentals before going crazy at the top of funnel Get to a healthy state in terms of email deliverability and reply rate and then keep adding at the top. If you notice a deterioration in those metrics, STOP Once healthy again, add more...

My newsletter is going out to over 3.5K next week! It's honestly crazy how much it's grown. To think, I started writing this thing for about 100 people in my gmail contacts. Now I get to send 1,000s of emails a week. I take that honor seriously too. My team and I pride ourselves on those open and click rates. I don't really care about the number of subscribers to be honest. As any good enabler knows, engagement trumps attendance every day of the week. Anyway, it's free, and if you'd like to see if this is worth engaging with, check out the link below and sign up. I'd be delighted to welcome you to the community. 🤝

I'm working on a blog post of my rules for surveys. Here's a preview: Avoid ambiguous phrasing: Make sure that what you ask and what your respondent *thinks* you’re asking are the same. For example, the other day I saw a one question micro-survey in my Gmail app: “Is this useful?” Is *what* useful? If the question is whether these specific ads are relevant to me, then no. If the question is whether it's generally useful to see ads in my inbox, no again. The ambiguous phrasing that made me consider at least two possible interpretations of the question guarantees that Google will not get useful data. Be specific in what you ask. Full post on surveys coming soon! Sign up at http://gregg.io and never miss an update. (On a separate note, I spy content from Ryan Rumsey in my inbox, which is always welcome and useful.) #surveys #uxresearch #ux

Society’s true elites are people like me who signed up for Gmail in the first few weeks and got addresses that are just our names without any numbers or anything. We are the kings of email
