Best marketing Linkedin Posts

by

As a marketer, it's important to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices. That's why LinkedIn is a great platform to use for sharing your insights and expertise.

When writing articles or posts on LinkedIn, first, focus on providing value to your readers. This could mean sharing tips and strategies, case studies, or insights into the latest industry trends.

Secondly, make sure your content is well-written and informative. No one wants to read a post that's full of typos or doesn't offer any real value.

Finally, be sure to promote your content on other channels. This will help to drive traffic back to your LinkedIn profile and help you build a following.

Marketing without data Is called Opinion. - In my Opinion 🤣 #marketing #data

To founders overthinking about their competition or second guessing their product/marketing: 1. Google Forms was launched in 2008 2. Wufoo was launched in 2006 & exited in 2012 for 35 million 3. Typeform started in 2012 & is at 19 million+ ARR currently Google forms being mostly free would not have caused 35 million exit of Wufoo, Typeform in 2012 should have felt they're entering in a saturated market ruled by giants. Concentrated effort with a laser sharp product focus, with no regard for competition goes a long long way. #startups #founders

Two things, which differentiate a "star" marketing team from the rest is Entrepreneurial DNA and NO fear of failure In an ambiguous and hyper-competitive world the marketing team needs to think and act like entrepreneurs They should Use data, build intuition Ideate new stuff Execute it FAST Learn FASTER Connect the dots How to build Entrepreneurial DNA? It's a hard nut to crack. It starts with hiring the right folks who are ready to OWN stuff who has a POV who is accountable who is ready to strategize YET do the most boring things at times Then giving an opportunity for folks to Lead projects/ideas end-to-end NO fear of failure is interconnected Entrepreneurial folks don't worry about failures How can you remove the fear of failure from the team? Tell them to plan and execute it with the best of the abilities Tell them not to worry about failure As a leader, you own the failures and credit them for success Every quarter allocate 20% of time and budget for new ideas It's OK if the team/you screw it up But make sure everyone defines the success and failure before the project start and make sure there is a systematic learning loop Experiment. Execute. Fail. Learn. Rinse. Repeat. Also, having "yes" men in your team is a big NO #marketing #digitialmarketing #startups

No matter how good you are at Facebook marketing, SEO, Google marketing or any other form of marketing. If you don't understand people, your ads wont do well. Marketing is communicating to people. Focus on people first.

What does it mean to build a media company and not a marketing team? Here’s my take: To me it means be a publisher. Old way: wait for Press or wait for others to write about you. New way: you can be a publisher and create your own PR. Instead of waiting for that home run coverage in the NYT or CNBC give me a podcast + social media and I’m good. But of course, you need something to SAY :)

Being a marketing leader doesn’t mean you have all of the right answers. Or have the most creative campaign ideas. Being a marketing leader means you can ask the right questions. It means surrounding yourself with the right people. It means being willing to say you don’t know or you were wrong. It means being willing to do the hard work and grind it out with your team. It means you are committed to other’s success more than your own. It means always doing the right thing, especially when it’s difficult, you’re alone, or when it may be hard for you to swallow at that moment. In the past, a leader was just a boss. Today, they must be partners with their people. #leadership #leader #marketing

💥 Marketing SHOULD BE Part of Product Development💥 Every company knows that marketing is involved in Promotion But marketing is part of the whole marketing mix - Product, Price, Place & Promotion 💯 Which means that marketing is and therefore should be included in the Product Development processes WHY? 🤔 Because Marketing is the element connecting the brand with the market and the customers It is responsible for understanding consumer behavior, the needs and wants of your target group Therefore it's crucial to be included within the development of any product, as it will bring the right customer insights which will turn the product into the SOLUTION the consumers seek 🏆 Also, marketing is directly linked to branding, so in order to create a coherent brand image, all product decisions need to be aligning with the marketing strategy and brand identity 📌 When developing a product, don't make the mistake so many companies do - creating a product without considering marketing or branding. Marketing is and should be part of product development as it is the direct link to your target group that will turn it into paying customers 📌 Follow #mpmarketingpractice for more marketing and branding tips 🙌 #marketing #mpmarketingpractice #productdevelopment

Want to make GREAT marketing? Then learn how to say no. Here’s why: As Dave Gerhardt said yesterday, “The good stuff takes TIME.” But unfortunately, many marketers don’t have enough time to make their marketing great because they are pulled in a million different directions. They end up spending a little bit of time doing a lot of things. Because their companies have a hard time prioritizing. Kieran Flanagan's recent podcast episode explained that it’s hard for people and companies to prioritize because prioritization is risky. It feels safer to spread your bets across many projects instead of going all in on just a few. It’s also easier to do everything. It doesn’t require having difficult conversations about what NOT to work on. But your marketing is much more likely to fall flat if you try to do it all. You won’t give yourself the chance to create something that’s really great. Remember...it takes TIME to create great marketing. And to make that time you need to prioritize. Which simply starts by saying no. Agree or disagree? Let me know in the comments. 😎 #marketing P.S. I’ve linked Kieran’s podcast episode in the first comment.
